Enemies and boss waves
Waves are toilets in escalating sizes, with spider toilets mixed in after the Spider Update and named bosses late: boss toilets, infected speaker titan and G Toilet 3.0. Single-target damage stops bosses; AoE units clear the packs around them.
Everything that walks your lanes in Cameraman Tower Defense has one job: reach the golden statue. Everything you place has one job: stop it. The waves start as a trickle of basic toilets and end as boss processions — and the game's own pitch line says it best: "Place cameraman and powerful units to fight back against invading toilets."
The enemy families
| Enemy | What it is | What kills it |
|---|---|---|
| Basic toilets | The wave filler. Single-file, steady | Anything. Keep up with upgrades and they never threaten |
| Spider toilets | The October update's wave regulars — quicker, weirder | AoE, or a strong carry at the front |
| Boss toilet | The classic mid-late wall | Single-target burst — Engineers or your best carry |
| Infected speaker titan | Boss-tier slow push | Sustained DPS; nothing fancy works better than volume |
| G Toilet 3.0 | Late-run named boss | Everything you have, on one clean chokepoint |
You can watch the count live during a match: the HUD tracks units placed and toilets left in the same corner, so you always know whether the wave is thinning or building.
The two-damage doctrine
Every loss in this game traces back to one of two shapes: a boss that out-tanks your damage, or a pack that runs past your boss-killers. The fix is to never build one kind of damage.
- Single-target (Glitch Cameraman on its 0.2s cooldown, Upgraded Video Tapper Prototype) shreds one big thing. Boss health bars move when these are up.
- AOE (Upgraded Brute Prototype, Speaker Woman, everything with a Spider in the name) deletes the pack so the single-target units stay target-locked on the boss.
A board with both never gets surprised. A board with only one gets folded by the opposite wave.

Where leaks come from
- The second lane. Maps quietly open a new path mid-run; the leak happens once, and then you learn the map.
- The boss escort. Boss waves come wrapped in regular toilets. Kill the wrapper or the wrapper reaches the statue while you tunnel the boss.
- Over-spread DPS. Five units shooting five separate targets during a pack wave means nothing dies fast enough.
- The empty tile. There is always a tile you decided not to fill. That is where the one leak comes from.

Boss-specific notes
- Boss toilets fold to Engineers. A maxed Engineer fights like a Titan; two of them handle a boss toilet directly, which is why the hard mode plan builds everything around them.
- Infected speaker titan is a marathon, not a sprint — sustained damage, no burst heroics.
- G Toilet 3.0 arrives deep in a run when your board should be fully upgraded. If it is not, the run was lost ten waves earlier.
The units doing all this work are catalogued with real numbers on the units page; the maps they do it on are on the maps and modes page.
